Here, long hours of sunshine and significant day-night temperature variations allow the berries to develop exceptional sweetness and depth of flavor.
Using a gentle vacuum low-temperature process (60°C for 10 hours), we slowly simmer the fresh mulberries to preserve their natural nutrients and vibrant taste. The concentrate is then carefully filtered through a 300-mesh sieve, resulting in a smooth, glossy paste free from impurities. With Sin aditivos—no preservatives, thickeners, artificial flavors, or colors—this paste offers a pure, nutrient-rich experience. Each jar contains the essence of 10kg of fresh mulberries, condensed into 1kg of rich, aromatic paste. Packaged in an amber glass jar to protect against light and oxygen, it ensures lasting freshness and potency.
